Scope, object and reach
These provisions (hereinafter, the “TERMS OF USE”) regulate the access and use of the service of the website that VERSIA makes available to Internet Users (hereinafter, the “USER/S”) through the domain name cybersity.eu (hereinafter, the “WEBSITE”). Without prejudice to the foregoing, access to certain content and use of the services that, where appropriate, VERSIA makes available to the USER through the WEBSITE may be subject to certain specific conditions (hereinafter, the “SPECIFIC CONDITIONS”) which, as the case may be, will replace, complete and/or modify the CONDITIONS OF USE and which, in the event of a contradiction, will prevail over the latter. These SPECIFIC CONDITIONS, when applicable, will be available to USERS on the WEBSITE itself. Consequently, before accessing said content and/or using said services, the USER must carefully read and accept the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS that regulate them in the version published at the time of the aforementioned access and/or use. VERSIA reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or update to the contents, the CONDITIONS OF USE, as well as, where applicable, the corresponding PARTICULAR CONDITIONS and, in general, to any elements that make up the design and configuration of the WEBSITE. The conditions of access and/or use published in the last update of the WEBSITE will govern, and those published at that time on the WEBSITE itself will apply to each visit. By accessing the WEBSITE, the USER expressly and unreservedly consents to and accepts the CONDITIONS OF USE, which determine the regime of use of the WEBSITE, said acceptance having the same validity and effectiveness as any contract concluded in writing and signed. All Industrial and Intellectual Property rights on the WEBSITE are legally reserved and access to them or their use by the USER must not be considered, in any way, as the granting of any license of use or right over any asset whose ownership or property corresponds to VERSIA. This reservation of rights extends to both (i) the external appearance (look and feel) and the code, design and navigation structure of the WEBSITE; and (ii) the content that in any format may be included and distributed through this WEBSITE and, in particular, to any catalogues, technical data, plans, diagrams and designs, whether or not graphic, that VERSIA includes on the WEBSITE. The inclusion in the WEBSITE of references to trade names, brands, logos or other distinctive signs, whether registered or not, whether owned by VERSIA or third parties, is subject to the prohibition of their use without the express consent of VERSIA or its legitimate owner. Reproduction, copying, distribution, transformation, making available to the public, and any other similar activity that may be carried out with the information contained in the WEBSITE, as well as with its design and the selection and form of presentation of the materials included in it, whatever their purpose and the means used for this, are prohibited without the express authorization of VERSIA. Consequently, the USER may only view and use the content and services made available to them through the WEBSITE for strictly personal and private purposes, and provided that it is not for the purpose of developing commercial or professional actions with said content and/or services. It is also prohibited to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, sublicense or transmit in any way, translate or create derivative works from the computer programs necessary for the operation, access and use of the WEBSITE. The USER must refrain in all cases from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system that may be installed on it.Responsibility and guarantees
When the use of the WEBSITE and/or access to the content and services made available to the USER by VERSIA through it requires registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information, as well as for the diligent use of the password when, as a result of said registration, he/she is provided with one. In such case, the USER will be responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of any identifiers and/or passwords provided, undertaking not to transfer their use to third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, and not to allow access to third parties. Anyone who uses the WEBSITE does so at his or her own risk. By accessing the WEBSITE, the USER undertakes to (i) not engage in any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of VERSIA and/or third parties, that could damage, render useless or overload the WEBSITE or that could prevent, in any way, its normal use; and (ii) use it in a manner that is fully in compliance with the Laws and traffic practices. Consequently, the USER shall be liable to VERSIA and/or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with said obligations. VERSIA adopts the security measures it considers appropriate to maintain the correct operation of the WEBSITE and to detect the existence of viruses and harmful components. However, the USER must be aware that the security measures of computer systems on the Internet are not entirely reliable and that, therefore, VERSIA cannot guarantee (i) the continuous availability of the contents and services included in the WEBSITE; (ii) the absence of errors in said contents or the correction of any defect that may occur; (iii) the absence of viruses or other harmful elements that may cause alterations in the computer systems (software and hardware) of the USER or in their electronic documents and files contained therein; or (iv) the infallibility of the security measures adopted. Likewise, VERSIA reserves the right to partially or totally interrupt the service, temporarily or permanently, in the event of technical changes or breakdowns, communicating this in advance, if possible, through its WEBSITE or through any other means enabled for this purpose.Links

The CONDITIONS OF USE are subject to Spanish law.
